Short-Dickinson Wedding

Panama City Beach, Florida

Kim had become very good friends with Lauren Short, her commuter-buddy and classmate, during the first year of vet school. It just so happened that, by winter, Lauren and her boyfriend, Billy, were engaged, and they were planning on getting married in Florida. Shucks, we'd have to go to Florida... ;-) Nice weather on the beaches of the Gulf of Mexico -- oh the travesty! :-)

So, after quite a drive from Oklahoma City to Panama City, we were excited to be able to be a part of the wedding. Below are three pages of pictures that I took throughout the day of the wedding. I didn't take many portrait pictures, since Lauren and Billy already had a family member lined up to take those pictures. In addition, I didn't realize that the JPG compression ratio was as high as it was, which will explain some compression artifacts. Such artifacts should only be present in the web-sized images (e.g. they are not present in a noticeable amount in the full-size, post-processed images). Speaking of which, if anyone would like a copy of any of these, feel free to drop me an email, and I can email a full-resolution copy of the picture (appropriate for printing).
