Honeymoon: July 31st

First Full Day -- Maui

Being the first full day on the island, we drove into Lahaina to check it out. We spent several hours shopping and taking in everything we could. Lunch at BJ Chicago Pizzeria was quite good! During the afternoon, we lounged around the pool area, before heading up to Roy's Kahana Bar and Grill for dinner. We heard many good reviews about Roy's, but I wasn't terribly impressed. My dish was pretty good, but Kim thought her's was bland. The much-praised chocolate souffle was pretty good, but not the best (or in the top 3) that I've (we've) had. Oh well, we still had fun!
